1. Entrants may enter the competition online from 28th March 2005 at www.mtv.co.uk/diaryof Costs to enter the competition via the internet may vary so please check with your network operator for current charges. Entrants should seek the permission of the person paying the bill before entering.
2. The closing date for entries is 14th April 2005.
3. This competition is open to residents all MTV Broadcast regions aged over 18, except viewers in Romania and excluding employees and immediate relatives of employees of the Promoter and/or Vodafone or any of their respective parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies or any other person connected with this competition.
4. One entry per person, which must include name, age, address at time of closing date, (including postcode), telephone number of entrant. The winner must have correctly answered the question set, online. The winner will be chosen by a prize draw and will be chosen within 5 working days of the closing date, from all correct entries received.
5. There will be 1 first prize winner.
6. The prizes are as follows:
First prize: The winner plus a friend will win a trip to New York to have tea with Moby. First prize includes: flights, two nights accommodation in a twin room in New York city in USA. For the avoidance of doubt, the first prize includes spending money (£200). The prize does not include travel insurance and transfers.
The winners of the prizes are responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses not specified in the prize description.
7. In the event that the Promoter cannot for any reason contact the winner by 6pm on 14th April 2005, the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner.
8. The winner must be available to travel to USA to attend the appearance between April - September 2005. No alternative dates are available. Winners must have a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months.
9. The judge's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The winner will be notified by telephone and email if necessary, within 1 (one) day of the closing date and where necessary, will receive written confirmation and full details of the prize by e-mail, within 2 (two) days of the closing date.
11. The runners up will receive notification by telephone or email within 28 days of the closing date.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that the Promoter has reasonable grounds for believing that an entrant has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions of entry.
13. The winners may be required to provide a written acknowledgement of acceptance of all terms and conditions of the competition.
14. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.
15. The prize is as stated and is non-transferable. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control the Promoter is unable to provide the stated prize. The Promoter reserves the right to award a substitute prize of equal value. All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer or supplier.
16. No purchase necessary.
17. Entrants agree that they may be required to take part in publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include their names and/or likenesses.
The Promoter and/or Vodafone shall not be liable to the winners or their legal representatives for any loss or damage or injury to the winners and/or their guests or their property and/or baggage caused or suffered in connection with the competition and/or prize unless caused by the negligence of the Promoter and recoverable on that ground.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any delays, changes, disruptions, cancellations, diversions or substitutions or any act or omission whatsoever by performers or events or by any form of transportation and/or accommodation included in the prize.
18. A list of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to MTV/Vodafone Competition, IMP, 180 Oxford Street, London, W1D 1DS, for 1 month after the competition closes.
19. Any personal information, including, without limitation, the entrant's name, age, address (including postcode), telephone number and/or email address will be used solely in connection with this competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of fulfilling prizes where applicable, unless an entrant otherwise consents.
20. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which may be amended or varied at any time by the Promoter.

22. These rules shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and any disputes arising out of them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
